Panthur is my web host of choice for Australian small businesses.
To be clear, there are lots of hosting options out there. Some are more expensive than others, some offer different benefits, and it can be difficult to compare apples-to-apples at times.

In that time every call I’ve put in with Panthur has been answered within a minute, I’ve spoken to an Australian representative, and typically everything has been sorted in under 10 minutes. By comparison, some other hosts have used off-shore call centres, pointed me towards their FAQs (which I’ve usually read before making the call), or bounced the call around their Level 2 support team.
