I generally find it more effective to coach/train people on their own devices (computer, laptop, etc) in their own office. That way everything looks familiar on you own screen.

However, if you'd prefer the opportunity to escape the office for an hour and meet at a coffee shop or alternate location that's ok too. Just let me know when you book.

Audio Recording

With your consent, I'll record the audio of our session and provide that to you after we meet. This is a great resource to help you refresh your understanding (or can be used if you want to train/delegate some tasks to other staff).

Written Notes

I'll provide a written follow up with notes on all the tools and resources that we covered in our session.

Accountability Calls

Sometimes talking about things is easy, but actually implementing until it's become a routine is hard (can you think of a time you haven't followed through with a New Year's resolution?).

We'll generally make some firm commitments/actions by the end of the session and I'll call you to make sure they're done. Trust me, it helps.

(Virtually) Unlimited email queries

I don't want you ever feeling stuck. If you forget something we covered, or don't know how to do something just flick me an email and I'll help get you unstuck. It doesn't matter if it's in 2 weeks or 2 months time. Of course, there's a fair use policy here and it covers things that I can answer relatively quickly. But don't ever hesitate to ask.

We have been funded for one session per business/organisation.

However, if you think you would benefit from additional coaching sessions then I am very happy to discuss this with you too.

Let's get the initial session "under our belt" and discuss any ongoing assistance from there.
