The initial workshop is a 2-3 hour video call with you and your team.

You will receive a detailed, written digital strategy document that maps out the tasks (in order) to achieve your goals in the next 12 months. No fluff. No chasing shiny objects that aren't important to moving the needle. Just one clear plan to follow, where each step builds on the last. It includes a detailed analysis of your current digital footprint, competitor review, customer personas, a marketing plan, and a customer journey map, along with specific actions and recommendations for growth.

Of course, most people find that the process is just as valuable as (if not more than) the output. For example, taking some time to really dial in your Customer Persona, or critically evaluating your Competitors, or simplifying the Customer Journey from curious to converted are all exercises have massive impacts outside of just your digital strategy.

In our experience the sweet spot is having 2-3 key decision-makers on the call. This may include the business owner, CEO, marketing director, communications manager, or another person who can provide valuable insights into your organisational goals and challenges.

However, the call is fast paced and we make incremental decisions along the way. It's not uncommon for us to tackle questions like "you are currently trying to market 11 different services, but we can see you have the resources to effectively market 3 services well... let's decide which 8 don't feature in your strategy" (or similar). Point is, so we can deal with these kinds of questions on the call, we need decision makers on the call.

If you choose to work with us for the implementation, we offer to credit the price of the roadmap against the implementation fee. Otherwise, the detailed plan can guide discussions and work with other agencies.
